Happy Tuesday!!

Hello Ladies,

I wanted to make a card using my black card stock. I haven't made a card in ages with the black. I'm not liking the Bermuda Bay that much. It hasn't warmed up to me yet. I don't know if I like this card too much either. It's kinda *busy*. Well I'm off to try and create something else.
Supplies:
Priceless & Trendy Trees ss; Crushed Curry, Bermuda Bay & Basic Black ink; Bermuda Bay and Basic Black cs; 3/8" black grograin ribbon; eyelet boarder punch; gemstones

Happy Monday!!

Happy Monday Ladies,

Today I have a card I made using the Kind and Caring Thoughts stamp set. I used Orchid Opulence which I have had for about 2 years and I never really used it before now. It goes great with Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive. I was looking through the catalog and saw the DSP with these colors and I wanted to make a card with them.

Thinking of You

Happy Friday Ladies! I'm so happy this week is over. Only 2 more days of Summer School and I'm done until the beginning of August. Here is a card that I made that took me no more than 10 minutes to do. I wanted to make something quick and cute. I like the way it turned out. I'm starting to like this set more than I thought I would

Happy Thursday

Hello Ladies. This is my first try at stitching on a card. My husband bought me a small sewing machine so I could make some bags to put on the back of my student's chairs. After about making 10 bags I got the hang of using this machine. You have to know I have NEVER used a sewing machine in my life. My 14 year old daughter knows more about sewing than I do!! I guess practice makes perfect.

YEAH!!!

Look at what showed up at my doorstep this morning. I knew it was supposed to come today but the UPS tracker changed the date to the 8th. I'm glad it came today since I'm off. There are still about 5 things I ordered that are on backorder. Well I'm off to play with my new goodies.

Another Get Well Soon

Hello Ladies,

I finally got some time to stamp!! I sat down today determined to create SOMETHING. I made this get well soon card. I used Eastern Blooms and Garden Greetings Stamp sets. I used Certain Celery, Rose Red and Bashful Blue cardstock. I used Rose Red, Regal Rose and Bashful Blue ink and Certain Celery ribbon. (Sorry about the crooked line, my Stamp-a-ma-jig moved).

I was a little upset because I thought I was going to get my delivery for my new sets, inks, paper and catalogs on Monday, but I checked again and it's not coming until Wednesday!! Oh well.

Invitation

Hello Ladies,

Sorry I haven't posted in a while. It's been blazing hot here in Atlanta and my AC was on the fritz. My workroom was too hot to do anything. Thankfully it's fixed now because it seems to be getting hotter eveyday. I'm also teaching summer school! I thought it would be so laid back, but I'm more tired from teaching summer school than regular school.

Anyways...One of my customer asked me to come up with an invitation for her daughter's birthday. She sent me a picture of what she wanted it to look like and this is what I came up with. The wheel and the stamp set I used are both retired. I used Rose Red and Certain Celery card stock and 1/4" Certain Celery grograin ribbon.

Sorry for the bad pics. My scanner was acting up last night.
