Best Wishes

Hello Ladies and happy Friday!! Since I am just a hobby demo, this month I was PENDING!! No problem. I told my husband if I didn't order the $300 last quarter it would just cost HIM more the next time. So I put my order in today so I could keep getting this fabulous stuff for a discount. I ordered what I have been contemplating on getting for a long time. Yes ladies I finally ordered my BIG SHOT!! I think I might one of the last demos to get one LOL :) I even ordered it with the 2 day shipping. I am so excited!!

Well on to my card for today. I made this one while I was sitting around thinking of my Big Shot:) I haven't used Perfect Plum before, so I decided to try a card using it. I'm happy with how it came out. Have a wonderful weekend.

Hello There

Hello Ladies. Happy Friday!!

I was trying to use some of my scraps from my retired paper. This is what I came up with. Today I scrapbooked for the first time in a very long time. I met with a group at Archivers. I wanted to work on my wedding album which I've been tying to get done for a couple of years now. They didn't have the type of embellishments I was looking for. I did manage to get 1 page done and put a title on one of my other pages. I think I'm going to go back next week more prepared.
Supplies:
Cheep Talk ss; Chocolate Chip cs; Good Morning Sunshine DSP, Kiwi Kiss, Chocolate Chip ink; 5/8"Chocolate Chip grograin ribbon; Hemp Twine; Circle punches

Go With all Your Heart

Happy Wednesday Ladies,
Today I thought I would use some of my retired SAB paper. I wanted to do something with the flower from the Asian Artistry stamp set. I love this flower. Well I have to go and try and get some things ready for a scrapbook thing I'm going to. We will be at one of the local scrapbook stores. I haven't really scrapped in a long time, so getting with some other ladies will help me get my pages done. Have a wonderful day!

Song of Spring

Happy Sunday Ladies,

This card was a real challenge for me. I bought this stamp set because I wanted to get away from just buying flower sets. Well when I got it, I didn't like it. This is only my second card with this set. The challenging thing for me was coloring the bird. I looked in the catalog to see what colors they used for coloring it. It was hard trying to blend the colors together. I should have used the pastels instead of the ink. I like the final outcome of the card. I think it's cute. Have a wonderful day.

Happy Friday!

Hello Ladies,

Today's card is one that I saw on splitcoast. I tried to find it and now I can't. I like these colors together. I tried to dye some ribbon but I didn't do a very good job. It kept coming out too light. then I just took the marker and colored it. I should have just left it off but some of the ink is on the white part of the card now :) Oh well, I tried.

Kind & Caring

Happy Thursday Ladies,

Here is a card I did today. I just love these colors. They are so yummy.
I'm trying to get a million things done at once and not getting anything done. I just have to finish one thing before I move to the next thing. My problem is I can't concentrate on one thing for more than 5 minutes before I think of something else that needs my attention. My husband HATES when I do that. Well I'm off. I just thought of something else I have to do! LOL

Supplies:

Kind & Caring Thoughts ss; Mambo Melon & Crushed Curry cs; Razzleberry Lemonade DSP; Crushed Curry ink, Eyelet Boarder & Ticket Corner punch

Happy Tuesday!!

Hello Ladies,

I wanted to make a card using my black card stock. I haven't made a card in ages with the black. I'm not liking the Bermuda Bay that much. It hasn't warmed up to me yet. I don't know if I like this card too much either. It's kinda *busy*. Well I'm off to try and create something else.
Supplies:
Priceless & Trendy Trees ss; Crushed Curry, Bermuda Bay & Basic Black ink; Bermuda Bay and Basic Black cs; 3/8" black grograin ribbon; eyelet boarder punch; gemstones

Happy Thursday

Hello Ladies. This is my first try at stitching on a card. My husband bought me a small sewing machine so I could make some bags to put on the back of my student's chairs. After about making 10 bags I got the hang of using this machine. You have to know I have NEVER used a sewing machine in my life. My 14 year old daughter knows more about sewing than I do!! I guess practice makes perfect.

Another Get Well Soon

Hello Ladies,

I finally got some time to stamp!! I sat down today determined to create SOMETHING. I made this get well soon card. I used Eastern Blooms and Garden Greetings Stamp sets. I used Certain Celery, Rose Red and Bashful Blue cardstock. I used Rose Red, Regal Rose and Bashful Blue ink and Certain Celery ribbon. (Sorry about the crooked line, my Stamp-a-ma-jig moved).

I was a little upset because I thought I was going to get my delivery for my new sets, inks, paper and catalogs on Monday, but I checked again and it's not coming until Wednesday!! Oh well.
