It's Good to Dream

Hello Ladies. I'm so glad it's the weekend. Time to try and get some things done that's been put off since I've been back to work.

The card today is one that I made using my Big Shot & butterfly die. I should have added some texture to the butterflies, but they still are cute :) The wings on the butterflies aren't flat. I scanned the card so you can't see how they stand out. Have a great weekend!

Cherish

Hello Ladies. Happy Wednesday. I am on a roll! I have posted something 3 days in a row. I guess I'm back in my routine now. Today's card I wanted to use my Circle Circus set which I haven't used in a long time. Dusty Durango was one of my least favorite of the new In Colors, but I think it make some nice Fall cards. Have a wonderful day!

Supplies:

Circle Circus & Warm Words ss; Dusty Durango cs; Dusty Durango, Crushed Curry & Soft Suede ink; Soft Suede ribbon; Big Shot & Texturz plate; Wide Oval punch

Thanks So Much

Hello Ladies. Happy Tuesday! I wanted to do a card that had some fall colors in it. I used my Eastern Blooms stamp set for this card. I colored my flowers with Crushed Curry and Dusty Durango markers and colored the stem with Soft Suede.

This other picture I have is of my "new" puppy. I was puppy sitting for one of the teachers at work over the summer because she had to go home (New Zealand), for the summer and work. She thought she would be able to bring her puppy back with her but she wasn't able to. Now I have a puppy. She's great!! Now when I came home from work she misses me and wants to sit on my lap and look out of my window. Needless to say I can hardly get anything done. She so adorable I don't care.

My first Christmas card this year.

Hello Ladies. Happy Monday!I feel like I'm behind. I see a lot of post with Christmas cards. I thought I'd start on some too. I made this card using one of my favorite sets. I actually bought this set from the Holiday Mini last year because a customer contacted me and she wanted 35 cards made with this set. This is a set I would have never bought for myself but I love it! You can do so much with it. I saw a card similar to this one somewhere, but I don't remember now. Have a wonderful day!

Another Thinking of You Card

Hello Ladies. Happy Monday. I can't believe I actually had time to make a card and post today. Better late than never. My card is from the Thoughts & Prayers stamp set I borrowed. This is so simple but I love it. It is very fall. I used my Big Shot to texture the Dusty Durango paper. I don't know if you can see it that well. I think that is my favorite part of the card.

Praying for You...

Hello Ladies. I was terribly busy this week. School started and I have been exhausted. I have to get back into my routine. I have also been working on my niece's baby shower cards. She wanted 50, but now she only wants 25. I'll post a pic of them when they are all done.
This card I made using a borrowed set. I like to try before I buy! Most of the sets I have I borrowed from my upline Brenda, then I buy them if I like them. Thanks Brenda!! She is great. I also wanted to make a card using my Top Note die. I like the way it turned out. Have a great day!
